Summer sangria punch and prosecco with fresh fruit and mint, while four kinds of finger food go around.

Dips

Taramosalata with grated bottarga, eggplant with roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic, and tzatziki.

Salads

A Greek salad with samphire, barley rusk, and feta, and a green salad with berries, caramelized pistachio, and passion fruit dressing.

Hot appetizers

Santorini tomato fritters with minty yogurt, moussaka, and shrimp saganaki with tomato and feta.

To drink

Greek wine all night: Alpha Estate Malagouzia, Biblia Chora’s Biblinos rosé, and a Gerovassiliou Merlot and Syrah. The bar has three cocktails (a margarita, a Hugo spritz, and an old fashioned), plus beer, premium spirits, and a highball of your choice. Soft drinks and still and sparkling water too.
